best back acne treatment

I don’t know if it’s because of my long hair that’s why I got couple of small bumps at my upper part back. It’s just this morning that I notice that they look so awful, as in! I plan to wear backless on our coming beach escapade this May but after I saw those tiny red spots at my back I think I’ll just stick to tank top just to cover my back acne, it’s so embarrassing. But I really want to wear a backless top. Anyway, I’ll go to the mall tomorrow, hope I can find there the best back acne treatment. Wish me luck guys!
