Childhood Days

After I read from yahoo that one of the natural and best fat burner tools are came from cardio activities like jumping rope and hula hooping, I’m planning to buy the two stuff today after my work.

Since I am a busy and lazy bee as always, I can’t find time to go to the gym, so I guess this two might be a big help for me to knock off major calories on my body. What you think? I love the idea of playing  jumping rope and hula hoop while knocking off calories on my body plus it brings back my childhood days.
