Looking For Eczema Treatment

Two weeks ago, I noticed some small red patches on my hands, I did not know what causing the redness and itching on my skin but my sister says it might be an eczema. Some sort of skin condition or skin disease, she said. Honestly, I really have no idea what’s eczema is.  So right now, I’m looking for some effective eczema treatment to cure the redness and itchiness brought by this disease before it actually spread on my skin. If you happen to know one please let me know. Thanks!
