On My Soon Endoscopy Procedure

So last week, I shared here the result of my ultrasound. Everything is normal except on my liver so I brought it to my doctor two days after for further reading. Thank goodness, the doctor told that steatosis is something I do not need to be alarm of, since it’s only mild and not dangerous to my health. In fact, he didn’t even prescribe me any medicine since it’s not harmful. But he advice me to eat more veggies and fruits and skip eating fatty foods. After we found out that everything is normal in my ultrasound, stool and urine exams he asked me if I’m willing to resume the endoscopy procedure to find out the reason of my abdominal pain. Before I agree, I asked first the amount that I’ll be spending with the procedure. And I told you it’s not cheap, the procedure alone will cost me P6,500. I’m not just going to tell the doctor’s fee and anesthesiologist because it’s really beyond my budget. So to help me with the expenses, I’ll avail one of those social security benefits I am entitled to. I hope it could half  even just the doctor’s fee cause it’s really expensive.
